Odisha government amended rules for landless individuals.As per rule now landless individual will enjoy 4 dicimile land as permanent heritage.The said property will be devolved to the kith n kin in the latter session.

Similarly if a person has his less than 4 dicimile land he can make return to that property to the government and again he can get 4 dicimile land from the government as permanent heritage.
