Poor needs equity loan

Besides all freebies poors and middle class families need equity loan for their common minimum programme in India.

Only rice freebies and scheme ex-gratia are not sufficient to muster the common minimum programme needs.Most sustaining difficulties for grocery,fuel, electricity, water bill, children education.

Besides freebies equity loan has become essential only for human rights.But yet government is not maintaining equilibrium between male and female.

At when government will think about it such is important.Goverment's prime responsibility is to accomplish minimum need program.
