India 's big negligences came to the front.Now USA took big steps on illegal immigrants in USA.104 Indian illegal immigrants were being arrested by USA army and they returned to India as offenders as custodian.

Question comes here India USA embassy is not maintaining update database for Indians in USA.Similarly in India foreign affairs are also not maintaining adequate update records for the Indians those who have not taken citizenship in USA.How government will protect country men it has become big debate.

Form India some are going to USA with passport,visa like students visa, tourists visa.The records are maintaining before custom office, passport and visa office and in every district level the DM's office is maintaining the records.So government is fully aware about non resident Americans in USA.Till now their citizenship in India has not been ceased.But it is sad government couldn't able to protect them.

The big question why Indian government didn't aware when their visa time period was lapsed.Point is here that India foreign affairs not making adequate databases those who are staying abroad India being Indian.
