Now Odisha 's opposition leader said Odisha has made Rs 46000 core market borrowings.If we hotch potch the same figure then per capita government is doing market borrowings Rs 10 thousand and more.Per family more than 40 thousand.

Generally government makes Market borrowings from PSU banks and SEBI code.

But very sad mechanisms are avoiding ppp mode.So public share loot by the mechanisms will be the aforesaid fact.

More public assets as consolidations are being shifted to government members but government mechanisms are avoiding ppp mode.

So this will put government into hinders.
