Though present time has given privileges to express the right to speak in democracy but yet pen is also not maintaining it's impartialism.

Both centre and state (Odisha) announced their budget.

Oppositions are raising their voices about price hike, unemployment other side rulling party is roaring 12 lakh income tax exemption.But poors are saying we are not getting income more than 2 lakh practically.

India needs adequate common minimum programme beyond such their is no agenda for public or 70% people.

Now vote bank swipes are being completed as rich or poor.The have and have not war is increasing too in the socio eco culture.

Business in health, education are destroying the social peace.

Public and private participation are becoming distressed.Common people are becoming hope less.

Market borrowings are increasing but a common borrower is not able to know his consolidations after mortgage as pledge.Bank friends are not giving pledge letters to the ultimate borrower.

So it is a hint to increase poverty and scam.But in democracy a ordinary people can run to which level?
