Only business is not enough in education system

An innocent Nepal father had sent his daughter prakriti to be qualified in India.Whose responsibility was to give safe guard without father and mother in India? Who was legal guardian of that girl prakriti in India?

Business in education is giving bad results in India and demoralising the culture.

Now Nepal human rights have entered to India but can that father get return her daughter?

Above all politics we should think about irresponsibilities of concerned KIIT authorities like hostel superintendent,HR manager, distinct facilities.

Youths can do mistake but what should be the duties of the guardian?

For foreign students the concerned authorities are the legal guardians.So have they not made mistake?
