Who will protect girl students

Recently in odisha inside KIIT premises a Nepal girl student committed suicide.The said girl was a foreign student who was reading computer science in KIIT.

The residential institutions are motivating students in various manners.Affulently students are coming to read.

Whose responsibility is to protect them?

Whose responsibility is to safeguard their human resource and human rights?

Yet the investigation report has not come to the public domain.What was the cause of suicide?WHy did the foreign student commit suicide?Was their any money matter?Was their any moral tourturance?

Now more things are in criminal conspiracies.But to be liberal for NGO is great mistake.Mr Samanta the democrat what are doing all are common minimum programme cited net working.

Both government are the participators.Also more international donors are giving donations for the benefits of beneficiaries.But it is so sad a beneficiary is dieing in suicide.Why???
