Now big tussles for Wakf Bill among the political parties are going on. But what is the necessary of Wakf Bill where there is Gram Panchayat act.

There is trust act, there is companies act, there is society act, there is Gram Panchayat act, there is land ceiling act, there is IT ceiling act.

Question in my mind where is necessary of Wakf bill?

All know only for acquisition and transfer,PPP mode, Hindu, Muslim, Christ and others need the shelter of the precatory entrusted trusts.

Now human rights, common minimum program are in enacted law. No properties of common people can't make auctioned. Government is bind to give PPP mode to all.

Can Muslims be obstructed to enjoy precatory entrustments?

Can Muslims be forced to make consolidations without their mercy?

According to my analysis at present The Gram Panchayat Act is right act.

Who have money to donate in present time?

Only acquisition and transfer is the fact. Similarly PPP mode is the factor.

Other side after land ceiling act, companies act who has properties to donate?

Acqused properties being pledged run to trusts.

Now government can't force on a particular community about their communities assets.

Esteem late Rajiv Gandhi and esteem Atal Bihari Vajpayee both were prudent who had amended the Gram Panchayat Act.

So Wakf Bill is not necessary where there is Gram Panchayat act, society act, companies act.
