WAKF Bill will be paised after failure in JPC

Now NDA government is in mood to pais the WAKF Bill again after the failure in JPC.

Muslim law board and some NDA allies are not supporting the WAKF Bill.

In JPC all non BJP political parties have gone against the same Bill.

Chandra Babu Naidu and Nitish Kumar also against the same Bill.

Time can only say if comes in parliament and Rajya Sabha then what will be the quorum of NDA ?
