Draft proposal for ST people violating PPP mode.

Recently Odidha government has prepared a draft for ST people but has not been enacted which is about part land selling to the government members.

The same comes under PPP mode. As per the proposed draft Government will purchase land from the ST people, keeps safe for up to 3 years as per the SEBI lock in period.

The Odisha revenue minister has said no intermediate can be able to chit the innocent tribals.

But as per media news after 3 years the same property will be auctioned which is violating PPP mode, land reform and ST empowerment.

If the government consolidator looses the property in the PPP mode then what empowerment will move to the tribals. Legal philosophers are mocking the policy.
