ADR vs ECI in the SC

In the matter of Bihar electoral list and names deletion ADR has taken shelter of SC against ECI.

65 lakh voters name has been deleted from the previous. In such connection ADR has gone to the supreme court. But ECI says 22lakh voters have been died, 7 lakh voters have enrolled in many places. 35 lakh voters have been permanently left the Bihar state and they are un traceable.

The said plea will be heard on Saturday.

ADR (the Association for Democratic Reforms ) have prayed to get the booth wise revized voters enlists.

Citing the matter oppositions have agitated in Bihar and New Delhi.
