Puri Police raids travel agencies.

Today big raids are made by puri district police.About 63 travel agencies will produce their documents.This raids made due to malaice attitude against the tourists.

Puri is a tourism place.More than 421 hotels are operating.Some star category hotels are maintaining their travel desks.

But most tourists depend upon bus services for side scene.Only taxi hire is not being operated by the travel agencies.

Though otdc is the concerned authority who gives noc but GST will not be mandatory objects because most are not exceeding 20 lakh turnover but books of account is compulsory for all.

Source educates tourists have complained about misbehaviour and price fixation.

But in such business more direct and indirect employments are being engaged which is matter of livelihood.
