After 172 years of Indian Railway Mizoram gets it's railway connectivity. Now Delhi to Mizoram journey will be comfortable with dense forest journey and hill areas journey.

Before 10years the said project was sanctioned and now innagurated.

With railway connectivity mizo people's economical upliftment will be easier. More than 8071 core railway equites have been utilized.

The train will run in 48 tunnels and 150 bridges.
