Chitaranjan Sethy 's RTI asks were dismissed...

Chitaranjan Sethy the RTI activist of satapara village, Nimapara constituency had filed 61 RTI cases for informations about income and expenditure of developmental works.

He had asked meeteipur gram panchayat, Nimapara block office income and expenditure informations month basis and year basis as a BPL card holder status.

Information commissioner said his entire are abuse of RTI process. The commission baned him for one year for misuse and his BPL card details will be enquired by the Puri District Magistrate.

But yet Chitaranjan Sethy the RTI activist has not briefed to media. After one year ban he can ask 12 cases with affidavit.
