Since 30 and more years Puri district people are getting hinders due to not final properties. No banker is lending loan to them. To muster daily means they have no current assets. Also equities loan crunch becoming big hinders.
Now they all are in tulshi bana title status as easement in nature. They have to purchase their properties from Sri Jagannath temple authorities. The same was earlier government decision.
Question aries here those who have no money to muster their means being poors how will they buy the properties? How will they give stamp duty minimum 5% to 10%?
Now PPP mode, entrustments, acquisition and transfer are not being cared by the appropriate authourities in puri.
Earlier Ex MLA Uma Ballav Rath the veteran congress leader had raised his voice under the banner of Bhu Sampati Surakhya Parisad with his followers. But yet no solution has come.
