At Gandhi maidan,Patna,Bihar JDU apex Nitish Kumar became cm of NDA government. Also two deputy cm from BJP took oath. PM Narendra Modi was at present in the oath ceremony. For 10th tenure Nitish Kumar made history in Bihar.
