President of India will preside Odisha assembly...

On 27th November 2025 a history will be written. On the same day at 4.30PM President of India will address to the Odisha assembly members.

Esteem governor of Odisha, speaker of Odisha assembly, Chief minister of Odisha and leader of opposition will be at present.

This will be first time in Odisha history that president will adress on the chair of speaker. This will prove delegation of power from hiearchy to low level.
