Balangir 's Kumia Palli children are in deprivation.

For 3  years Kumia Palli children are not getting schooling fascilities. Government, district adminstration are not taking as serious. There is no teacher, poor infrastructure. Though there is a rule in every village and within 1k radius schooling fascilities will be availed also anganwadi fascilities but since 3 and more years a school peon named Gandhab Bariha is running schooling.

Question comes where and how child rights are being implemented.

NGOs are taking big bag for child rights but for 3 years government is not listening and NGOs are not listening.... 

At when government will make strong it's intelligence....
