On 29th January 2026,apex court stayed UGC amendment 2026.Feel proud by seeing littlebit constitutional empowerment.

In the new drafting there are commitee for obc, st and sc but no specific commitee for upper class communities?

Question comes why???

If equity that should be equal for all what ever may be the communities.

Yes now it has laid before judiciary apex we should not say, debate till the disposal of stay mis case.

But discrimination is at the commitee formation.

Why in the draft process there is no upper class commitee and stake holder?

How and who will protect the properties of upper communities as a stake holder?
