UGC equity rule are being opposed by the upper communities...

Now in all over India UGC's new amendment are being opposed by the upper communities.

More have gone to SC with PIL filling. More are in protest on the street with placard.

Equity rule are the main objections.

Law of atrocity may be mis utilized such are the biggest factors and fear.

Similarly institution hiearchy will be always answerable before comiitee members and UGC.

In every UGC approved institution their will be commitee. Members will be from obc, sc, st for library, hostel and other puposes but this rule has not stated about their qualifications and eligibilties.

These committee will receive complaints and will take action for their communities.

Discrimination in equity rule now has become debate and slogan.

Uppper communities students make fear about mis use of law of atrocity.

Educationists, intellectuals, critics say institutional hiearhy will be powerless dignitary by this law.
