ADR report disclosure....

Recently ADR report disclosure came to the ET and on the more front line Media. More things came to the front about our democrats and democracy.

The ADR educates out of 233 Rajya Sabha seats now 229 mps are in the proper running of the school.

It educates 32% mps are involved in criminal activities and cases are running. Some of them are also involved in women torturences.

ADR says 14% mps are billionaires. Three mps have kept 10353 core assets. But ADR has not mentioned tangible and intangible.

The average assets is Rs 100 core to Rs 120.69 core.

As per act citation mps can not be the members of profit motive organizations. Similarly ceiling surplus act is in enforce for land and income tax.

Question comes why MPs are not saying these are RBI consolidated properties.

ADR also says some mps have with Rs 3 lakh to 9 lakh assets.

Our country had enforced land ceiling act since 1985 then IT ceiling. SEBI had been from 1992.

Can the mps be the government members?

Can the mps be the listed ltd members?

Can the mps be the partner before listed ltd?

Another debate how the PPP mode are being executed before them?

We know RBI consoidations but why they are not showing the annextures under the RBI consoidations?

One side poors are becoming poors day by day other side our democrats are ballooning day by day.
