Registration will be mandatory...

Government is drafting for the news contents users in the social media. Now without having government certification no one can publish news contents in social media sites.

RNI registration /MSME registration or company registration, gst registration and pan card will be required for the news paper publisher. Similarly AdSense publisher can publish ads.

The IT rules are in process of drafting by the information and broadcasting ministry.

More fake news will be tailored, Only PR news, agencies cited news will be published.

So any of one registration or declaration or certification will be required.
